Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some of the questions that you may have in your ordering process.

How many shirts or hoodies do we need to order?

The minimum for an order is 6 total products (T-Shirts or Hoodies).

This means that you can order any combination of shirts or hoodies, just as long as there are a total of 6 items being purchased.

Can we have two different designs or colors?

Because of the amount of shirts we produce, it is necessary to have the all the shirts and hoodies be the same design and color for your unit.

If you want to have a different design on the another shirt or hoodie, you will need to place a separate order for that design or shirt color.

Do we have to order the shirts for a camp?

No, you can still choose any of the shirt or hoodie designs and simply choose to not have the camp name over the insignia found on the sleeve or pocket.

You may also choose to have the Camp name on the T-Shirts, but not on the Hoodies, or vice-versa.

What if we forget to order a shirt for someone?

Almost every Camp will have all of the shirts available in a variety of sizes in their Trading Post. However, those shirts or hoodies will have the camp name on them, and will not have your unit number.

How long does it take to get our shirts or hoodies?

You will need to allow a minimum of 3 weeks from the time we receive your order to the time you receive your shirts. We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks before your camp arrival date so that you have your shirts a week in advance and can distribute to your unit.

How will our shirts or hoodies be delivered?

Your shirts and/or hoodies will be shipped as a complete order to the address you choose (which can be different from the billing address if needed), and will be shipped directly using FedEx. The shipping costs are calculated depending upon the number of shirts or hoodies ordered, and the amount will be shown in the checkout process.
